About Alex
My career in Film began in 2006 as a runner at Leavesden Studios. During my 10 years as a freelancer, I progressed through the AD department, as well as Locations & Production.

In 2016 after a long run working for the BBC and a change in circumstances, I began working as a Personal Assistant & Office Manager for a family run business, during which time, I decided to put all of my skills and knowledge of the industry to good use, so My Set PA was created!
​
My aim is to assist freelancers in the Film & TV industry, as I am too aware of the struggles faced when you're on set for 12+ hours a day, not to mention split and continuous days without getting a break; dealing with admin & life in general isn't easy!
