My Set PA has been created to assist Film & TV Freelancers with admin and personal tasks, whilst on set or away on location.

As an Assistant Director of 15 years, I know how hard it is to keep up with life's admin when you're shooting 12 hour days and 11 day fortnights, as well as the struggle to find free time that doesn't involve catching up on sleep!

You can use us as your personal runners, so you can concentrate on makin' movies and spending your free time doing things you actually want to do. Have a look at how we can help you here

Signing up is simple. You can call, text or email, and we will send you a couple of forms to sign, including our Terms of Business which you can take a look at below (there is no contract!). Once that's all completed, we will send you a link to a website called Trello, which is where you can set us tasks and track what we're doing for you, and see what we've completed. We track our time on a site called Toggl, and will send this to you once all of your tasks are complete.

Payment is required upfront either by BACS or PayPal. We have four packages which you can see here.

We know that work is often hit and miss, and productions only usually last for a few months, which is why our packages are good for a year. You can just shout when you need us!
