My Set PA has been created to assist Film & TV Freelancers with admin and personal tasks, whilst on set or away on location.

As an Assistant Director of 15 years, I understand the nature of the industry. 12 hour days and 11 day fortnights, and very little energy left for emails, bookings, paperwork, or life admin — let alone downtime that doesn’t involve catching up on sleep!

 

Think of us as your off set personal runners.

We’ll send over a couple of simple forms, including our Terms of Business (there is no contract, no long-term commitment).

Once that’s done, you’ll get access to a private task board where you can:

• Set tasks

• See what’s in progress

• Track what’s been completed

Time is logged transparently, and you’ll always know how your hours are being used.

Payment is made upfront via PayPal.
You choose a package that suits your workload — and because film and TV work is unpredictable, all packages are valid for 12 months.

When work ramps up, you use more support. When it slows down, your hours wait for you.
